Investigators increased the number of victims to 15 in a mass shooting at a child’s birthday party in Stockton. Four people are dead and 11 others are hospitalized after a violent attack on Saturday that investigators believe was targeted, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office. Heather Brent, a sheriff’s office spokesperson, said Sunday that the ages of those who were killed were 8, 9, 14 and 21. Investigators believe multiple suspects may be involved. It’s also believed the shooting began inside and ended outside the banquet hall. The sheriff said at least one person was in critical condition, but he did not have information on the other injuries. KCRA 3 previously confirmed that three adult patients were stable at the hospital. Officials on Sunday said the 8-year-old child killed was a student within the Stockton Unified School District. The district will offer counseling services in the wake of the tragedy. A reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction

Mayor Fugazi on Sunday said a reward for information leading to an arrest has risen to $25,000.
