AEP listed some restoration times for 2 p.m. Friday while other outage statuses remained unknown.
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — More than 3,000 AEP customers were without power Friday afternoon across Corpus Christi, according to the utility’s outage map.
The outages impacted several neighborhoods across the city, including areas near Alameda Street, Airline Road, Staples Street, and Holly Road.
AEP’s outage map showed restoration times listed around 2 p.m. for some outages, while the status of other outages remained unknown Friday afternoon.
The cause of the outages was not immediately released.
