Tom Cruise‘s love life is always a magnet for intrigue, but when another A-list icon enters the conversation? We’re officially riveted.
The 63-year-old actor reportedly reached out to Pamela Anderson to praise her for her “big comeback” role in The Last Showgirl. The exchange happened in 2024, according to the National Enquirer, but they’ve reportedly “been in touch ever since.”
“There is definitely a spark between them. People have noticed it and mentioned it to Tom,” an insider told the media outlet. “She’s a huge cinephile — that’s something they really have bonded over. They can talk for hours about films and the business.”

Adding a bit of mystery to the alleged romance is the TikTok video that caught both stars leaving The Surrey hotel in New York City in May 2025. They left at different times, but the clip catches them at the same location at the same time. Curiously, this was around the time that Anderson was linked to her Naked Gun co-star, Liam Neeson.
In July 2025, People reported that there was a “budding romance” between the Baywatch actress and the 73-year-old actor. “It’s a budding romance in the early stages. It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other,” a source claimed.
Some Hollywood insiders felt like it was a PR ploy to sell tickets to their movie. Still, the 58-year-old star admitted to the media outlet in December 2025 that they spent an “intimate week” together at Neeson’s home in upstate New York before their press tour.
As for Cruise, his last girlfriend was reportedly Ana de Armas. While the duo never confirmed their romance, they were spotted together all over the globe in the summer of 2025. The Sun reported in October that the duo “realized they weren’t going to go the distance,” and decided to split.
“The spark had gone between them, but they still love each other’s company, and they’ve both been really adult about it,” an insider shared, noting that it had nothing to do with their 26-year age gap.
The Daily Mail seems to think the possible Anderson-Cruise romance might have legs because “Pamela is making room for love in her life” after “a few busy years proving herself” in Hollywood. Will Anderson make time for love this summer, and will it be with Cruise?
Well, fans are going to have to wait to see if this romance rumor has any weight to it because the A-list stars aren’t talking.
