Kiana James gave her Instagram followers a rapid fire life update in a post from Thursday, December 18, captioned, “Catching you up 😘”.

The 28-year-old WWE NXT star shared a series of behind the scenes snapshots that highlighted both her in-ring persona and her off-duty routine.

A photo in the gym showed James in a bright green sports bra and black shorts, flexing confidently and showing off her athletic frame.

Other photos included a mirror selfie that showed James in red-and-gold ring attire, as well as her laughing and posing alongside Charlotte Flair.
