Kate Winslet is constantly butting in to offer Leonardo DiCaprio advice about his personal life, the National Enquirer has learned, and it’s becoming a real sore point for his girlfriend of over two years, Vittoria Ceretti.
“Vittoria isn’t accusing Kate and Leo of hooking up. It’s not about that,” insists a source. “What bothers her is having to share him with another woman.”

DiCaprio, 51, and Winslet, 50, became incredibly close after filming the 1997 blockbuster film, Titanic. According to Us Weekly, he even walked the actress down the aisle when she married her third husband, Ned Rocknroll, in 2012.
“Vittoria respects the friendship, but she also thinks Kate inserts herself way too much and Leo lets her,” the source explains. “The way he jumps when Kate calls or texts drives Vittoria crazy but when she points it out, Leo just gets defensive and they end up fighting.”
It also irks the 27-year-old model that DiCaprio seems to value Winslet’s opinion more than hers, adds the source. “She says every time they hit a bump or she tries to talk something through with him, he somehow ends up bringing up what Kate thinks or what Kate once told him about relationships.”

At the end of the day, “Vittoria feels like she is competing with this idealized version of Kate that Leo has built up over 25 years,” the source says.
But that might not be the case for much longer.
“Vittoria’s now threatening to give him an ultimatum,” reveals the source. “She’s not going to play second fiddle to another woman, even if that woman is just a friend.”
