SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — An AMBER Alert was issued for two children believed to be in danger after they were taken from their home in Saratoga Springs.
The alert was issued Saturday for Wesley Dane Richman, a 10-month-old, and Will Thomas Richman, a one-year-old. Officials believe they were taken from their home by suspect Dane Stephen Richman, 46.
Officials are concerned for the children’s safety, noting that “the suspect has been seriously depressed, selling possessions, facing financial stress, and abandoned his home.”

The suspect’s vehicle is a “newer model” black Toyota Camry, with a Utah plate number A561HL. Officials said it may have a temporary tag.
The children were described as just over two feet tall with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Utah AMBER Alerts are released when law enforcement believes a child may have been abducted and is in imminent danger of serious harm or death. The alert is sent in hopes that the public can use the information to help law enforcement locate the child, or children, at risk.
