Scandal-plagued David Harbour is being rescued by some friends in high places — Courteney Cox, Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston, a source tells Globe.

The 50-year-old Thunderbolts star has seemingly been accused by his estranged wife, Lily Allen, 40, on her recently released album, West End Girl, of cheating and pushing for an open relationship.

Meanwhile, Millie Bobby Brown, 21, who plays Harbour’s daughter on the Netflix series Stranger Things, reportedly accused him of harassment and bullying. (She later said she “felt safe” working with him.)

The two incidents have shredded Harbour’s image as one of the nicest guys in the business, leaving him desperate to save his career from extinction.

But now Hollywood heavyweights Courteney, Jason and their mutual BFF Jennifer are rallying around him.

“David is not ‘problematic’ as far as Jen, Courteney and Jason are concerned, and they have a ton of influence in the industry,” says an insider close to Aniston’s team.

“Courteney’s working with David right now [on Evil Genius], Jason just shot a miniseries [DTF St. Louis] with him that he’s convinced will be a massive hit, and Jen can’t wait to collaborate with the guy on an upcoming project,” the insider says.

All three of them are in awe of Harbour’s acting chops. “David has real juice as an actor. That’s what they like about him, and that’s why they’ve invited him into their world,” says the source.

They also love just hanging out with him. “He’s full of wild stories and self-effacing jokes,” the insider says.

“Does that make them the epitome of politically incorrect after the accusations Lily Allen has made against David over the last month? Not really. Jen and her crew aren’t as woke as people think,” our insider says.

From their point of view, David just had a bad breakup and has an ex who’s putting him through hell. “That’s definitely something Courteney and Jen can relate to, big-time,” the source says.

“With this group on his side and still making new projects with him, David isn’t getting canceled anytime soon, no matter what new claims come out.”
