FC Dallas kicks off a three-game homestand tonight, as they host St. Louis CITY SC.
Lineups are in from both sides. Let’s dive into what Eric Quill’s starting group looks like, who is on the bench, and who we believe will see minutes later on in this one.
What Changed From Last Match
We knew there would be at least one change with Bernard Kamungo out of the lineup with a lower leg injury. I’ve been told he will likely be out until at least the World Cup break. Deedson comes in tonight for his first start in a Dallas uniform.
Chris Cappis also rejoins the lineup this weekend in place of Kaick.

Bench
Who should come off the bench?
For the second week in a row, both Valiente and Moreno are on the bench to start off with here. I think we’re going to see at least 15-20 minutes for Moreno in this one, with Valiente getting around the same, if not closer to 30 minutes.
Outside of that, I think this is a good one for Kaick, Johansson and possibly even Binyamin to get minutes in.
Key Question Heading Into Kickoff
Can FC Dallas make the most out of this three-game home stretch, starting with St. Louis?
I’ve stated on here a few times lately, this is the stretch that can really determine what kind of club this FC Dallas group actually is in 2026. They’re in a good spot right now in the standings, but three home games in a row could sling-shot them further up the standings if things go well. St. Louis feels similar to D.C. United from last week, as a bit of a classic trap game if Dallas lets it happen.
