In Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets, Jaylen Brown led the way for the Celtics as he recorded 23 points, 11 rebounds and three assists while Derrick White added 20 points, six rebounds and three assists of his own.
Now Boston will try to bounce back at home on Friday as they face off against a struggling Nets team.
On the other side, Brooklyn enters Friday’s contest with a 15-43 record after losing at home to the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday night.

Michael Porter Jr. led the way for the Nets in Thursday’s loss as he ended the game with 25 points and 14 rebounds while Day’Ron Sharpe recorded 14 points, 11 rebounds and four assists off the bench.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Friday night’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
Nets Injury Report: Will Drake Powell Play?
For the Nets, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out rookie Drake Powell.

Brooklyn has ruled out Powell after the Nets assigned him to the Long Island Nets, their G League affiliate, on Friday.
Outside of Powell, the rest of Brooklyn’s injury report is clean entering Friday’s matchup as they have a healthy roster.

Celtics Injury Report: Will Jayson Tatum Play?
On the other side, the Celtics have one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out star forward Jayson Tatum.

Boston has ruled out Tatum as he continues to recover from surgery to repair a torn Achilles that he suffered during the playoffs last season.
It was reported on Thursday that Tatum has been fully participating in scrimmages during practice with the Celtics’ G League team and there is a chance he could return before the end of the season.
