An Iranian drone targeted an airport in the Nakhchivan exclave of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani authorities announced that two people were injured following the incident.

Following the initial report, the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan announced that another Iranian Shahed drone was spotted near a school building.

The ministry emphasized Azerbaijan’s right to respond following two drone strikes in Azerbaijan’s territory.

A separate missile fell in Türkiye a day earlier, adding to concerns about widening regional instability involving Iran.
