BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — December 24, 2025

Attorney Ken Nunn, founder of the Ken Nunn Law Office and one of Indiana’s most recognizable personal-injury lawyers, died on Wednesday, Dec. 24, according to his family.

Vicky Nunn Jarrett, Nunn’s daughter, confirmed the death to The Bloomingtonian at 9:34 p.m. Wednesday, writing: “Our father Ken Nunn passed this morning.”

Nunn was notably absent from a recent bicycle-and-helmet giveaway for children held Dec. 18 at the Crestmont Boys & Girls Club, though members of his family, including his daughter and grandson, attended. At the time, a source told The Bloomingtonian that Nunn was unable to attend for health reasons.

Additional details were not immediately available Wednesday night, which is Christmas Eve.
