Today is the last day of the Masters, and it could end with Rory McIlroy becoming the fourth ever back-to-back champion. Tens of thousands will be watching at Augusta National, including his support network. Here’s a look at who they are:
Is Rory McIlroy married?
McIlroy has been married to western New York native Erica Stoll since April 22, 2017. According to People Magazine, he proposed to her in Paris and the two were married at Ashford Castle in Ireland.
What does Erica Stoll do?
Stoll used to work for the PGA as a transport official, office manager, and manager of championship volunteer operations. This career is how she met McIlroy at the Ryder Cup in 2012.
She’s also a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in marketing.
Did Rory McIlroy get divorced?
McIlroy filed for divorce in 2024, but withdrew that petition, telling the Guardian “Erica and I have realized that our best future was as a family together….Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a new beginning.”

McIlroy and Stoll have a daughter, Poppy, who was born on August. 31, 2020 making her 5-years-old.
