MADISON, Wis. — A Silver Alert was issued for a missing man last seen Monday morning. 

Police said Jerry Charles, 74, was last seen in the Allied Drive neighborhood area. 

Charles is six feet, brown eyes gray hair with a grey beard. 

He  was last seen wearing a thin black jacket, black pants and black shoes.
