The Eagles announced on Tuesday in a statement released by Head Coach Nick Sirianni that they have parted ways with Offensive Coordinator Kevin Patullo.

"I have decided to make a change at offensive coordinator," Head Coach Nick Sirianni said in the statement. "I met with Kevin today to discuss the difficult decision, as he is a great coach who has my utmost respect. He has been integral to this team's success over the last five years, not only to the on-field product but behind the scenes as a valued leader for our players and organization. I have no doubt he will continue to have a successful coaching career.

"Ultimately, when we fall short of our goals that responsibility lies on my shoulders."

Patullo was hired by the Eagles in 2021 as part of Nick Sirianni's initial staff and served as the passing game coordinator for the first two seasons, and added the title of associate head coach in 2023. Following the Super Bowl LIX win over the Kansas City Chiefs at the end of the 2024 season, Patullo was named the team's offensive coordinator.

In the 2025 season, Patullo helped orchestrate the best red zone offense in Eagles history with a TD success rate of 70.5 percent. The Eagles are one of just four teams since 2021 with at least a 70 percent success rate in the red zone.

The Eagles became just the fifth team in NFL history to have two 1,000-yard receivers (A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith) and a tight end with 10+ TD receptions (Dallas Goedert).

The Eagles tied for the fourth-fewest turnovers (15) in the league and the team's lowest amount since 1990 when they had only 13.

Running back Saquon Barkley became the first Eagles to rush for 1,000+ yards in consecutive seasons since LeSean McCoy in 2013-14.

Brown and Smith are the only wide receiver duo in Eagles history to each surpass 1,000 yards in the same season and they've done it now three times (2022, '23, and '25).

Tight end Dallas Goedert set the franchise record for most receiving touchdowns in a single season at his position with 11.

Overall, however, the Eagles finished 24th in offense and 19th in points scored.
