As for rainfall, as of 6 p.m. Monday, three-day totals show more than an inch and a half of rain fell in Sacramento and more than 4 inches of rain in Placerville. Overall, as of a 6 p.m. update, Sacramento has received 9.36 inches of rain since Oct. 1, which is 144% of the average. Stockton has received 8.29 inches, or 169% of the average. Modesto has received 7.87 inches, or 186% of the average.
