Why, you may ask? Well, it's for safety. Doubs suffered his first career concussion against the San Francisco 49ers on Nov. 24, 2024, and since then he has chosen to wear a soft-shell helmet cover called the Guardian Cap. Doubs made a triumphant return to the lineup with his Guardian Cap, scoring two touchdowns against the Seattle Seahawks on Dec. 15, so it makes sense why he never changed things up.
