The woman outlandishly claiming to be Miley Cyrus’s biological mom alleged she was pregnant with the singer after she was sex trafficked as a child and impregnated at the age of 12.

In a now-dismissed lawsuit, Jaymee Lee previously sued the singer’s parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus, for “breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, intentional inflection of emotional distress and unlawful interference with parental rights,” claiming she was Miley’s real mom. Billy Ray has denied her “absurd” claims.

Speaking to the Daily Mail on Sunday about her far-fetched allegations, Lee claimed she grew up in Ruidoso, N.M., where she was allegedly trafficked at an early age by a local cartel-affiliated gang.

During her pregnancy, Lee — who used to go by her last name, Paxton — allegedly attempted to run away multiple times, including to her grandparents’ house in Jamul, Calif.

“I knew that I wanted to protect this baby at all costs,” she told the outlet.

“I specifically picked the name Miley as soon as I realized I was pregnant because of all the miles I had traveled [while being trafficked]. I wanted a name that was one of a kind that could be linked back to me, specifically,” she added, failing to address Cyrus’ real name, Destiny Hope.

The “Flowers” singer has previously explained that her stage name was inspired by her childhood nickname, “Smiley,” which was then shortened to Miley.

Lee, 45, outlandishly claimed to the outlet that she approached several celebrities in hopes they would adopt her unborn baby at the time, including Julia Roberts, who had a ranch in New Mexico, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, who had ties to the state, and Hillary Clinton, who was campaigning there at the time.

Though she alleged the A-listers were all very kind to her, they failed to take her up on her offer.

Lee went on to claim in her wild story that she turned to Cyrus’s now-godmother, Dolly Parton, who then allegedly connected her to Billy Ray Cyrus.

In her dismissed lawsuit, Lee alleged she and Billy Ray agreed on an open adoption, where she could be the child’s nanny and piano teacher. However, the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer allegedly ignored their deal, preventing Lee from seeing Miley.

Lee further claimed in her far-fetched story that she approached the Kardashian family to help her find a good lawyer to fight Billy Ray.

She allegedly met the famous family because they owned a property next to her grandparents in Jamul. However, there’s no record that the reality stars ever owned such property.

Page Six has reached out to Roberts, Clinton, the Kardashians and Sharon for comment, but did not receive any at the time of publication.

As to why she’s speaking out now, Lee claimed she had forgotten about her trauma, but a move back to Ruidoso triggered flashbacks of her alleged abuse.

As a result, she checked herself into an Arizona State University-affiliated mental health facility in 2016 in Tucson, where she was diagnosed with PTSD.

After explaining her symptoms to a doctor, she allegedly remembered being raped and having a baby as a result.

“[The doctor] said, ‘Yeah, that is exactly what happens when you have PTSD. This is very normal and the brain can block something out, and that’s what you’re going through.’”

Once she allegedly remembered, Lee claimed she reached out to Miley via her lawyers, but didn’t hear anything back. She also reported her trafficking to the cops, but “never could get anybody to take it seriously.”

“And if anything, I ended up suffering really terrible consequences from trying to get them to look into it,” she told the outlet.

As to what she will do now, Lee said she plans to file a new case in Malibu, Calif., where Miley lives, to seek a DNA test that would put the case to rest — even though her request for a DNA test has already been denied by a court.

She is also hoping they can build a relationship if the test proves they are biologically related.

“I would ask Miley to do a DNA test to get the truth to show that I am her birth mom. I understand that I’m biologically her mom. Does it mean that now I’m her mom? I’m not,” Lee insisted.

“I’m not claiming any of those moments, and I’m not trying to take away anything of what her and Tish [Cyrus] have, because I would only want for her something beautiful and good and pure.”

She also noted, “I never wanted to involve Miley. But she’s evidence — the evidence I have to show that I was sex trafficked and had a baby because of it.”

Nonetheless, Lee acknowledges that her story “does seem weird.”

“I know a lot of people out there are going that’s a crazy story – and it is a crazy story,” she said. “The truth is crazy sometimes. I didn’t choose it.”

She also told the outlet that she is coming forward with her alleged story because “it’s important for all of us to use this as a learning experience to say, you can block out being raped and having a baby and remember it later.”

“It happens, it can happen, it does happen. If it’s happening to you, you’re not alone,” she concluded.

Lee initially filed her lawsuit in May, accusing Billy Ray and his ex-wife Tish of “breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, intentional inflection of emotional distress and unlawful interference with parental rights.”

After her request for a DNA test was denied in October, Billy Ray filed a motion to dismiss Lee’s “false and absurd” claims and accused her of harassment.

“The Court dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice this morning and awarded Mr Cyrus the recovery of his reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees and costs,” the statement reads.

He also recently requested an additional $7,564.13 to cover the legal bills he amassed while defending himself against her claims — which she was ordered to pay by a judge last week.

At the time, his lawyer declined to comment.

Billy Ray, 64, and Tish, 58, share three children: Miley, 33, Braison, 31, and Noah, 25. He also adopted her children — Brandi, 38, and Trace, 36 — from her previous marriage to Baxter Neal Helson.

The former couple split in 2022 after nearly 28 years of marriage.
