Everyone knows Warriors star Steph Curry puts on a show during pregame warmups, from trick shots and surprising dunks to signing autographs for Dub Nation.

Jimmy Butler is well aware of this, too, but after a prolonged absence from the team as he rehabs his ACL injury, Curry’s teammate certainly was happy to be front row for the Steph Show once again as he rejoined the team for its regular-season finale against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday at Intuit Dome.

In fact, Butler couldn’t contain his excitement as he unleashed his inner Warriors fan on the two-time NBA MVP before the game.

Same, Jimmy. Same.

Curry went on to score 24 points on 7-of-14 shooting from the field and 4 of 9 from 3-point range in the Warriors’ eventual 115-110 loss against the Clippers. As for Butler, it’s clear he has a way to go in his recovery after taking some shots with Curry before the game.

It will be a while before we see Butler and Curry share the court again together in a game as Golden State’s trusty forward works his way back to the floor, but there’s no doubt he’ll be on the sideline cheering as the Warriors face the Clippers again Sunday in the NBA play-in-tournament.
