- Euphoria Season 3 premieres on HBO on April 12, 2026.
- The cult favorite teen drama showcases messy and toxic relationships, but off-screen, the cast have much happier love lives.
- Zendaya is engaged to Tom Holland, while castmate Sydney Sweeney shared PDA with rumored boyfriend Scooter Braun at the season premiere in L.A.
The return of Euphoria is finally here. It’s been four long years since the HBO teen drama’s second season captured the zeitgeist—delivering memorable one-liners and memes (“I have never, ever been happier!”), flawless makeup looks, and a crop of talent that have proven themselves to be bona fide stars.
With Euphoria Season 3 (potentially the final season) hitting screens on April 12, many fans want to know what the cast has been up to in real life since the explosive Season 2 finale aired. Not that they’ve shrunk from the spotlight in the off-season—it’s hard to believe anyone doesn’t know about power couple Zendaya and Tom Holland’s relationship (and maybe-marriage) at this point.
There have also been breakups and new flames found among the rest of the returning cast, including Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, and Maude Apatow. Thankfully, their off-screen love lives are far less messy than what goes down between their characters at East Highland High School.
Here’s everything to know about who the Euphoria Season 3 cast is dating in real life.

While probably not a big surprise to most readers, Zendaya (who plays Rue) is engaged to her Spiderman co-star, Tom Holland. They might have gotten secretly married, too—at least, according to her longtime stylist Law Roach. When asked about the status of their nuptials at the 2026 Actor Awards, the image architect told Access Hollywood, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.”
While Tomdaya like to keep their love life private, fans did get treated to a series of stunning bridal looks when Zendaya promoted her A24 dark comedy The Drama earlier this year.
Sydney Sweeney

In March 2025, news broke that Sydney Sweeney (aka Cassie on Euphoria) had split from fiancé Jonathan Davino. She told The Times in May of that year that she was single, confirming the breakup. In June, TikTok clips showed her in Venice with Scooter Braun—yes, that Scooter Braun, of Taylor Swift-feud fame. Come September, People reported that the The Housemaid star and the music mogul were “casually hooking up,” with an unnamed source telling the outlet, “Everything is casual. She is living her life and working hard.”
While she’s been photographed packing on the PDA with Braun several times since, she hasn’t confirmed anything. In a January 2026 Cosmopolitan interview, Sweeney alluded to being aware of the dating rumors, saying, “I wake up and I find out I’m dating a different guy anytime I stand in a room where there’s a single man…‘Who is Sydney Sweeney dating?’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know. You guys tell me.’”
Her latest PDA moment with Braun happened at the Euphoria Season 3 premiere, per a video shared on X.
Maude Apatow

Maude Apatow, who plays the level-headed Lexi on the show, has reportedly been dating Dexter: Original Sin actor Patrick Gibson since 2024. Their Instagram hard-launch came that June, when Gibson shared a photo dump including a picture of him and Apatow sharing a kiss on the cheek. The caption? “💙🧡💙🧡💙🧡.” A few months later, they attended Jennifer Klein’s annual “Day of Indulgence” event together in L.A., per People.
The couple keep their relationship out of the spotlight, although Gibson did include a snap of Apatow in a February 2025 Instagram photo dump.

While rumors have swirled that Alexa Demie (Maddy Perez) is dating musician Christian Berishaj, aka JMSN, neither of them have publicly confirmed a relationship. Demie has chosen to keep her love life under wraps.

Oscar-nominated actor Jacob Elordi, who plays toxic quarterback Nate Jacobs on Euphoria, was most recently in a relationship with influencer Olivia Jade Giannulli. The former couple split in August 2025 after dating on and off since 2021. While they briefly rekindled their romance, a source told People in October 2025, “It’s fully over. They are not getting back together.”

While Hunter Schafer’s character, Jules, has Rue as a romantic interest, the actress appears to be single off-screen. In 2022, she confirmed she was in a relationship with co-star Dominic Fike. In 2024, however, she revealed they’d split in April 2023.
“That breakup was mutually agreed upon,” she explained on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast in August 2024. “And it was one of the cleaner breakups I’ve had, like we both recognize that this is not working, and we can’t do this. We gotta go our own separate ways. It was a clean parting, and he has a lot to work on, and I also have a lot to work on.”
