OUTLOOK is down for Microsoft users as hundreds of people across the UK report issues with their email accounts.
More than 700 Brits have reported issues with the app as of 11am on Monday, April 27.
The majority of problems with the app relate to logging in, with more than 60% of users affected.
Dozens of Outlook users have taken to social media to vent their frustration with the service.
One said on X: “Its ‘driving me crazy.”
Another added: “It’s so annoying.”
A third person said: “How long it will take to fix it please.”
More than 20% of users are reporting issues with the app, while a further 10% have reported problems with receiving messages.
Nearly 800 people have reported issues to Downdetector, a website that tracks and reports outages for online services.
One user on outlined their issues on the site.
They wrote: “Was told it could not log me in and to verify another way, then it told me to add an another email which I did.
“That email did the exact same thing. No authentication is working apparently. I’m now locked out of my two main accounts.”
Another person wrote on Downdetector: “App not working, getting notifications of emails but not loading when I click on them. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, now cannot get my accounts to authenticate.
“On PC I can see emails, but receive ‘not sent’ responses when I send emails, which when I look on the web version I can see have sent.
“The app has been glitchy for about 4 days this is the 2nd time I have had to unistall and reinstall.”
