The Texas Tech softball team will try to score a win in the first game of the Gainesville Super Regional when the Red Raiders take on the Florida Gators today.
The Red Raiders are the 11th-overall seed in the 2026 NCAA softball tournament field while the Gators are the No. 6 seed and earned the right to host the best-of-three series. Both teams made the Women’s College World Series last year but only one will be able to return to Oklahoma City next week.
Can Mia Williams lead Texas Tech to a win in her return to Gainesville or will Florida get the early advantage in the series?
