Adam Levine left fans baffled during a recent outing with wife Behati Prinsloo.

Fans called out the Maroon 5 rocker, 47, for his fresh-faced look, with many claiming he looked unrecognizable.

The couple walked the red carpet at the 12th Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in Santa Monica on April 18 where Levine rocked an uncharacteristically clean-shaven face.

“Did he have a face lift?” one fan questioned after a video of their appearance began circulating social media.

“Are u sure that’s ADAM LEVINE?” another wrote.

A third noted, “He has definitely done something lol.”

Others compared the “Moves Like Jagger” singer to makeup artist Jeffree Star.

Levine and the 37-year-old model — who share daughters Dusty Rose, 9, and son Gio Grace, 8, as well as a son born in January 2023 — packed on the PDA during their rare outing. Despite the pair still going strong, fans called out his 2022 cheating scandal as the cause for his new look.

“Cheating ages one badly,” one social media user wrote.

“When men cheat they like somehow get so ugly and aged,” another added.

Levine faced cheating allegations while Prinsloo was pregnant with the couple’s third child. While he denied having an affair, the rocker admitted he “crossed the line.”

“A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air,” he shared via his Instagram Story that September, according to ABC. “I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period in my life.”
