Detroit enters Sunday’s game tied with the Cavaliers at 3-3 in the series after defeating Cleveland on the road in Game 6 on Friday night.

In Friday’s victory over the Cavaliers, Cade Cunningham led the way for the Pistons as he recorded 21 points and eight assists while Jalen Duren added 15 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks of his own.
Now Detroit will return home for Game 7 on Sunday where they will try to grab a victory and punch their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals.
On the other side, Cleveland enters Sunday’s contest tied with Detroit at 3-3 in the series after losing at home on Friday night in Game 6.

James Harden led the way for the Cavaliers in Friday’s loss as he ended the game with 23 points, seven rebounds and four assists while Donovan Mitchell recorded 18 points, four rebounds and three assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Game 7 on Sunday night to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals, both teams may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
Cavaliers Injury Report: Will Larry Nance Jr. Play?
For the Cavaliers, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have listed Larry Nance Jr. as doubtful.

Cleveland has listed Nance Jr. as doubtful due to an illness and he is expected to miss his second consecutive contest, though he has not seen much playing time during the playoffs.
On the other side, the Pistons have three players listed on their injury report, including both Duncan Robinson and Caris LeVert.

Detroit has listed Robinson as questionable due to lower back soreness and while he was able to return from a one-game absence in Game 6 on Friday, he is in danger of missing his second game of the series.

If Robinson is sidelined, Daniss Jenkins, Marcus Sasser and Javonte Green could all have larger roles.

The Pistons have also listed LeVert as questionable due to a left heel contusion, though he has been able to play through the injury thus far in the series.
Kevin Huerter has also been listed as questionable with a left adductor strain that sidelined him earlier in the series, including in Game 6 where he was listed as available but did not play.
