The original cast members of Summer House have come together to weather an ongoing drama storm.

In an exclusive interview with In Touch — in promotion of her partnership with AVEENO Baby & Kids and the “Face the Day Stronger” program — Lindsay Hubbard discusses the aftermath of the scandal between her costars, Amanda Batula, West Wilson and Ciara Miller.

As In Touch previously reported, in March, Batula, 34 — who announced in January that she and Kyle Cooke were separating after four years of marriage — and Wilson, 31, confirmed their romance. However, Wilson previously dated Miller, 30, who considered Batula a close friend, during their time on Summer House.

“This scandal broke out, and there was a lot of chaos around us, and the OGS got together to be like, ‘Okay, we’re going to protect everything we built in this moment,’” Hubbard reveals. “I think that is powerful, because it’s like, at this point, it’s not about me, it’s not about my feelings, it’s not about Carl [Radke], it’s not about his feelings. We’re going to come together and protect what we built.”

Hubbard, 39, Radke, 41, and Cooke, 43, have all been main cast members since the show premiered in 2017, and the reality TV star says that the three of them have had the “same group of friends for years.” Hubbard and the Soft Bar owner got engaged in 2022, but they broke up in 2023, which viewers saw play out on season 8 in 2024.

“We’re all in the same group chats. We are all at the same birthdays and like, whatever this is, like, this is real life,” she explains. “It’s not just for a TV show, we are sharing the exact same group of friends at all times for like, going on 15 years now.”

The highly anticipated Summer House reunion will air on Bravo later this month, and Hubbard describes it as “emotional” and “a super long day” for the cast.

“Everyone put it all out there,” she shares. “We all laid it all on the line. Well, most of us.”

When it comes to the future of the hit reality TV show, Hubbard — who shares her 17-month-old daughter Gemma with ex-boyfriend Turner Kurfe — says she’s “not concerned.”

“We have a perfect formula for great viewing at all times,” she reflects. “So Summer House is going to thrive and succeed.”

Hubbard has famously joked on the show about how she’s “raised so many man babies” and tells In Touch, “They still have a lot of work to go.”
