Lily Allen is living her best life on her Lily Allen Performs West End Girl tour. Turns out, so is Lisa Rinna. Kinda. This Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum recently attended Lily’s second show in LA, where she stole the spotlight dancing during Lily’s hit song, Madeline. And, literally, the crowd went wild.

The Lily Allen Performs West End Girl tour runs through November 1, 2026. It is based on Lily’s 2025 album, West End Girl, which details many raw and personal aspects of her life, including her split from her estranged husband, David Harbour. Madeline, of the songs on this album, speaks of David’s alleged infidelity. While Madeline is a fictional character, she still embodies the other woman in this purported story.

In the lyrics, Lily texts this fictional character. She found text messages on David’s phone that originated with her. So, Lily wants the tea, since she “can’t trust anything that comes out of his mouth.” Enter Lisa, appearing as her special guest, Madeline, last night in LA.

In footage captured by @dorindadeadly, we saw Lisa dancing, throwing her hands in the air while interacting with a singing Lily. As soon as the crowd realized what was happening, they whipped out their phones, laughing and capturing Lisa as she took on the role of Madeline. At the end, their applause was deafening, leaving Lisa smiling.

As Lisa herself always said, she is happy to take on any role. A paycheck is a paycheck, and a headline is a headline. So, “Own it,” Lisa always will.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills three-part Season 15 reunion continues without Lisa on Thursday, April 30, at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams the following day on Peacock.
