As the calendar gets set to flip to June, Chicago White Sox slugger Munetaka Murakami and St. Louis Cardinals infielder JJ Wetherholt have the best odds, but will be locked in tight races for the Rookie of the Year awards the rest of the way.

Murakami leads the American League with 19 home runs, but Detroit Tigers shortstop Kevin McGonigle is also off to a strong start after making the Opening Day roster. In the National League, Wetherholt, the Cincinnati Reds‘ Sal Stewart and Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Konnor Griffin are all neck and neck.
