Benjamin Sesko has set his sights on winning trophies with Manchester United after an encouraging debut season at Old Trafford.

The striker, who joined from RB Leipzig last summer, believes the club is moving in the right direction under interim manager Michael Carrick.

Sesko is confident the Reds Devils have the quality needed to challenge for major honours in the coming seasons.

“I think we did great. Still, (there are) some games left but I think we’re doing great,” he told Sky Sports.

“We have a great spirit in the team. I would like to really achieve some trophies here. Of course we need to do a lot for it, but I believe we have the capacity to do that.”
