NEW YORK — The Indiana Fever will be without four players for Saturday’s preseason opener at the New York Liberty.

Aliyah Boston (lower leg), Tyasha Harris (knee) and Lexie Hull (hamstring) have all been ruled out with injuries, while Damiris Dantas is not with the team due to ongoing visa issues.

Boston and Harris are on a return to play regimen while Hull is dealing with tightness in her hamstring, according to a league source, who confirmed all three players would be active if this were a regular-season game.

Fever coach Stephanie White said Friday morning before practice they would wait until after practice to determine player availability, adding they wanted to give their new players and their young players an opportunity to log minutes.

Boston pulled out of last month’s FIBA World Cup Qualifying Tournament in Puerto Rico after suffering a right lower extremity injury in Unrivaled on Feb. 27. She said Sunday she was “feeling good to go” and “ready to get to work.”

Hull was one of the only Fever players to participate in all 44 regular-season games last season, averaging 7.2 points and 4.3 rebounds and 27 minutes per game.

The New York Liberty have listed Rebecca Allen (out), Marine Fauthoux (out) and Satou Sabally (questionable) under reconditioning. Pauline Astier, Raquel Carrera, Leonie Fiebich and Ugonne Onyiah are not with the team.
