Dayana Yastremska reached the semifinal without dropping a set. Jessica Bouzas Maneiro has beaten the Ukrainian in the two previous encounters.
A potential three-set banger is brewing in Parma.
Yastremska entered the semifinal of the 2026 Parma Ladies Open with another straight-set win over Solana Sierra 6-3, 7-5. Yastremska broke the Argentine six times off the back of 43 return points to bag the win.
Holding a 5-4 record on clay this season, Yastremska will be coming into her semifinal showdown with Jessica Bouzas Maneiro as a slight favorite at -133.
Bouzas Maneiro also sealed her spot in the final four by grinding out 6-1, 3-6, 6-4 win over Susan Bandecchi. The No.2 seed Maneiro is also 5-4 on clay and 8-12 across all surfaces in 2026.
The Spaniard will roll into the semifinal as a tempting underdog contender at +102 because of her 2-0 record against Yastremska in their head-to-head series. Friday’s scheduled match will mark the first time these two will play each other on the red dirt.
