Tigers outfielder Kerry Carpenter went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk as part of his club’s 4-1 win over the Red Sox on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Carpenter was a one-man wrecking crew in this one, drawing a bases-loaded RBI walk in the first inning before clubbing a two-run homer to the visiting bullpen in right field in the fourth. After a cold start to the season, the left-handed slugger now has four home runs to go along with 12 RBI and a .773 OPS across 66 plate appearances on the season.
