It’s never too soon to start making summer plans and if you’re looking for a fun, affordable family activity, Regal Cinemas just announced the return of its popular Summer Movie Express series.
Starting June 1, the theater chain will screen two kid friendly flicks for just $1 a ticket Monday through Thursday, extending the run by two days each week. The first film begins at 11 a.m. at Regal Cinemas located in Colonie Center, Crossgates Mall, East Greenbush and Clifton Park. The series continues through Aug. 13.
In addition to tickets for just a buck, all attendees of a Summer Movie Express title will receive $3 off a Snack Pack, which includes a junior-sized drink, popcorn and fruit gummies, and/or a cup of Dippin’ Dots ice cream.
Regal Cinemas has hosted its Summer Movie Express since 1991 with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation. Here’s the full schedule:
