During his performance at Coachella on Sunday (April 12), Young Thug playfully called out Teyana Taylor for not getting back to him after he noticed her in the crowd.

“Teyana Taylor in here, what’s up, Sis?” he said during his set. “I’ve been tryna get in touch with her for, like, the last month. I wanted her to style me, man. She just too big. [She] wasn’t calling back, talking about, ‘We promise she gonna call back later, we promise she’s rehearsing.’ I’m like, ‘What she rehearsing for?’”

In one of the clips of the set circulating online, someone near the stage could be heard telling Thugger, “It’s for a movie!”

Taylor, fresh off her Golden Globes win and Academy Award nomination for her performance in the Best Picture winner One Battle After Another, has several projects on the horizon. She’s set to appear in the comedy film 72 Hours later this year, and likely has casting agents reaching out to her following the awards season success of One Battle After Another.

During the same set, Young Thug also shouted out to North West. “What’s up, North? How you doing?” the UY SCUTI artist said. “Where [are] your parents?” he asked, referring to Kim Kardashian and the artist formerly known as Kanye West. “I want y’all to make some noise for North,” Thug said, as seen here. “She in this motherfucker. Like, you just casually out, just casually having fun. Like, what are you doing?”
